MCS100E Multi Gas Analyser

GMS800 Multi-Gas Analyser

With GMS800 SICK offers an innovative product familiy of extractive analyzers which can measure more than 60 different gas compounds. SIDOR Gas Analyser
The SIDOR is a gas analyzer for measurement of up to 2 infrared components. Additionally oxygen can be measured by integration of an electrochemical or paramagnetic measuring cell.

A main feature is a half-yearly maintenance interval with test gases. The stability of the measuring cells allow an adjustment with ambient air within the half-yearly period. Barometric pressure compensation is included as a standard.
 
 

 

 

 

 

Protea 204M Portable FTIR CEMS
The 204M is a transportable CEM based on FTIR technology. It is MCERTS approved and used by stack testing organisations and laboratories for compliance and BS EN 14181 emissions monitoring. Using the 204M for measurements of waste incineration and combustion plant process is as simple using an FTIR can be. With pre-loaded calibration methods for 28 gas species, automatic nitrogen purging, in-built pressure and temperature alarms, analogue and digital I/O it is a complete site-ready back up CEM.

The ProtIR 204M and PAS software have been designed to allow stack emission monitoring to be carried out to the Environment Agency's Technical Guidance Note M22 Measuring stack gas emissions using FTIR instruments (TGN M22) as simply and quickly as possible. With the built-in Standard Analysis Model for common gases there is no complex set-up of analysis required. The software as built-in calculations for drift and residual analysis, following the methods described in TGN M22.

Skilled users of the FTIR can use the chemometric building routines of the PAS software to build analytical methods for specific applications. Set up this way, the 204M can measure thousands of possible gas species over ranges from ppm to %Vol.

MCERTS

The only gas analyser specifically tested as a transportable CEM, the 204M has passed the Environment Agencies MCERTS test programme for use on waste incineration processes. This allows the instrument to be used by stack testing organisations with guarantees on quality of product build and on analytical accuracy.

GM32 In-situ Analyser For NOx/SO2/NH3

The Multi-Component Analyzer GM 32 from SICK measures the concentration of SO2, NO,NO2 or NH3 as well as the temperature in gas ducts continuously - either simultaneously or as individual measurements, depending on the device variant. The optional Zirkor 302 sensor integrated in the GM 32 measuring system can also be used to measure O2.
As an in-situ measuring system, the GM 32 conducts measurements directly in the gas duct, without extracting any samples.
